Inversion detection method of oil‐immersed transformer abnormal heating state

Transformer overheating faults have an important impact on the transformer safe and stable operation. Taking 10 kV oil-immersed as research object, using indirect coupling analysis method of electromagnetic thermal fluid multi-physical field, heating characteristics under faults, such winding inter-turn short circuit core multi-point grounding, are analysed, abnormal state identification is proposed based inversion top oil temperature rise. By inverting normal rise different load rates comparing it with actual measured value, taking into account error, determined that when value higher than by 2.9 K, indicates in state, deviation degree is, deeper fault. The accuracy verified multi-working condition test, which can provide a certain reference for detection maintenance internal faults.
